How allocation works
Limited participation, not a lead auction.
Where two firms participate in the same category and territory, suitable enquiries are allocated on a balanced rotation. They are not sent to both firms.
The allocated firm should acknowledge an enquiry promptly during business hours and respond no later than one working day. If it declines, has a conflict or misses the response standard, we may seek the person’s consent to refer the enquiry to the second provider.
Firms must use enquiry information only for the requested contact, make reasonable contact attempts, report the outcome and never sell or pass the information onward.

per month, per category and territory once enquiry performance is established. A modest multi-territory discount may apply to three or more areas.
Expert Contributor

Optional educational content under our editorial standards: one article, four per year or twelve per year. Technical content requires expert approval.
